Stivi - archaeologist

These are from today. Ania and Stivi are digging at the Mostowa Street. The cellars are from the 19th century, but they have found some older artifacts.

Well, that coin (in the photo) is from before the Second World War, but they - Ania and Stivi - found (three years ago) a shekel from Zgorzelec that was an imitation of a first jewish coin and was minted there (in Zgorzelec) starting from the end of the 15th century as tokens of remembrance for all those who went on a pilgrimage to the Holy Sepulchre in... Zgorzelec. However strange it might sound it is probably older than the original in Jerusalem which was rebuilt after an earthquake.
