Waiting for some cool breeze

Just a glimpse at the last weekend in Topolinek.

221/700

That was his party! With the fireworks (or were these thunders and lightnings?) up in the sky.

222/700

Fifi, as usually very charming target.

223/700

And all the kids.

Yogi and Bear among bees looking for honey

Now, however awkward that seems, the two dealing with bees and honey harvesting are Yogi and Bear (Jogi and Miś).

Bear is an experienced beekeeper, while Yogi is just a rookie in the business.

215/700

Lesson number 1 - how to put on a beekeeper's suit, hat and a veil. And what the hell is that? Bee smoker - a husher for bees (pol. fufadełko, although I am not sure if that's an official word for it, Miś calls it that way) :)

216/700

And here's the smoker in action. Yogi (left) and Bear (right).

217/700

And here as well.

218/700

And here we have the first Yogi Honey batch ever. That's what tigers like best.

219/700

And just a momet after I shot that one I got attacked by a bee. Chased me far away leaving unwilling to go back.

220/700

That one had to be in colour to show the harm. Plastic coated gloves would have made a better job. But a newborn pro has to learn on his own mistakes. Just one sting, though :)

THE Project

There are some rumours it's gonna be called "Follow the white rabbit". They're just rumors.

Anyway that was another hot and over-90-percent-humidity day of THE project. And as it's equally adventurous, challenging and exhausting, we needed some rest from time to time.

210/700

Preferably with feet in the water. But only for those roughty-toughty ones who do not mind rats floating in the river.

211/700

That's why it was better with feet outside.

212/700

And some BB imitation?

213/700

Another one.

214/700

And totally natural. I kind of think it fits the project.

A Lou Reed day. A day behind the curtains

"Just a perfect day,
Problems all left alone,
Weekenders on our own.
It's such fun.
I thought I was someone else,
Someone good."

(by. Lou Reed)

There are days like that. I am sure they happen to all of us. Rarely planned, rather spontaneous, kind of slow, kind of underneath the curtains, if you know what I mean. Somewhere in between the worlds. The real one and the wild, unpredictable. Those days are like purgatory, like a pause, like the feeling a minute before you finish your first evening glass of wine, or first bottle of beer at a party. It's like the silence you've got in your soul when you finish reading a good book. It's like a ribbon in a shrine somewhere at a secendary road . It's just perfect in its simplicity, in how things go naturally on.

Do they happen to you?

Last Saturday was a bit like it.

207/700

There was even a white rabbit on a leash. Like in "Alice in Wonderland". And it was pretty easy to follow it, to check how deep the rabbit hole goes (excuse me for my Matrix hints). Although it was called Miley, from Miley Cyrus. It bites when it is in a cage. Surprise, surprise.

208/700

Biking. Empty. Red. Quiet.

209/700

And an old train.

Actors are lonely

Just a thought.
Old school comedians. Buskers.

Miscellany

These are not chronological, from the last few weeks.

195/700

Miro. Hunting can be so boring. One can watch the neighbours downstairs, though.

196/700

Good old times when we still believed we can qualify to the quarterfinal.

197/700

And the hope was vanishing with every sip of whatever...

198/700

Topolinek. Do something with your hair!

199/700

That is going to be my table. Hopefully by the end of the summer.

200/700

Waiting for...

201/700

Ola at a bonfire.

202/700

Building the boat as not the nicest part. These two did not make to the boat race last Sunday, though.

203/700

It's never easy to get a good shot from so far away. The Ryanair with the family of the Irish soccer fan has landed. I wonder whether the airport has ever hosted so many journalists at a time?
